re: your photos illegally portraying to be Francesca Alderisi

I have been employed to solicit the removal of the photos, to which the links above refer.
The above mentioned photos have been planted both on your forum as well asmy client's (Francesca Alderisi) web page, without her knowledge nor consent, and they illegally portray a scantily clad young lady, as being Francesca Alderisi.
My client is a world known television host on the RAI International Network, where she dedicates her time to help pensioners and under privileged people find solutions to their problems.
The said photos are totally out of character with her professional and private life, both ethically and morally, and hence are causing her a great deal of distress and anguish.
I have been instructed to solicit the removal of these photos at all costs, to take all legal actions necessary.
I do however, beleive your Society, and web site to be honest and serious, and therefore seek tour aid to remove the above mentioned photos from all sites. I trust that common sense will prevail, and therefore await your reply, as well as your prompt actions to remove the said photos.
