Harlequins est un club de rugby à XV anglais basé à Londres participant au Championnat d'Angleterre de rugby à XV (ou Rugby Premier League) en 2008-2009. Les "Quins" sont dotés d'un club jumeau homonyme de rugby à XIII, les Harlequins Rugby League, participant au championnat européen de Rugby à XIII, la Super League.
